Beach Clusters: Applying PTE Tax to Multi-State Entities

While the PTE tax is typically a no-brainer to recommend for very small LLC’s and S-corps who only operate in a single state, it can become quite burdensome for multi-state entities. This class will explore new PTE tax laws in Georgia and Mississippi and how they compare to Alabama and the issues to consider when you have multistate entities looking to apply those laws in a number of states.
