Responsibilities for this position include managing accounts payable using accounting software; processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance and recording entries; coding invoices to proper general ledger accounts, client accounts, and cost codes; reviewing invoices and expense reports for accuracy, proper documentation, and approvals; and processing invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner.
