ASCPA has two classrooms - the Rosson Room and the Chambers Room - which are separated by an air wall. Each classroom can be reserved separately and each holds 40 attendees. If renting both rooms, space available allows for 90 attendees with air wall removed. The Rosson Room is a Zoom room with full virtual meeting capabilities. This can be mirrored into the Chambers Room, if both meeting spaces are required. On its own the Chambers Room is a training space with no broadcasting capabilities (i.e.; presentation capabilities only - no Zoom).

Per day rental for the Rosson Room: $325
Per day rental for the Chambers Room: $275
Per day rental for both rooms: $600

Standard set-up includes wireless internet access, speaker's podium, and three chairs per 8-foot training table.

Normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Additional fees may be incurred for time outside these hours.
