Description of Practice Extensive knowledge of subjects related to tax practice and procedure and the handling of tax controversies and litigation; performs tax planning and corporate planning for individuals and closely held businesses, including income taxes, estate and gift taxes, state local taxes and business transactions; extensive knowledge of all aspects of organization and operation of tax-exempt and non-profit organizations from both a federal and state perspective. Admitted to US Tax Court. Has taught Taxation at Birmingham College of Law.
